Job Vacancy: IT Systems Specialist / ERP Support
Location: HQ Office – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Contracting Company)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Systems Specialist/ERP Support to join our company in Jeddah. This role involves providing advanced IT support across the organization and maintaining all hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will also serve as the key liaison with our ERP software provider and support our branch offices and project sites.

Job Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve all types of technical hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Provide technical support & enhancement for ERP systems as per business requirements (Accounting, HR, Payroll system) in coordination with the ERP Software provider.
• Offer on-site and remote support (via AnyDesk) for all IT-related needs at sites and branches.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and all software applications on computers/laptops.
• Set up and maintain printers, copiers, meeting room AV equipment, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Manage MS Windows Server operating, File Server access, and MS Azure Server Cloud Services & ERP.
• Configure and maintain MS Outlook and Webmail access.
• Perform periodic updates, patch management, and backup operations.
• Manage and maintain time attendance systems and related software.
• Monitor and ensure functionality of business software applications.
• Handle internet connectivity and ensure network reliability across all locations.
• Implement and support IT infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Maintain and manage CCTV and door access control systems.
• Install and manage all type of software applications including ESET Antivirus, MS Office, and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, 3ds Max, etc.).
• Safeguard company information in compliance with data protection policies.
• Maintain IT assets hardware and software inventory and all IT subscriptions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Prior experience in Contracting industry is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware, Software, Networking, and ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and user-support skills.
• Fluent in English language; Arabic speaking is a plus point.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.
