Job responsibility

• Contribute to implementing and maintaining IT/OT systems, associated infrastructure, and remote access to support business operations.
• Support IT/OT security, data protection, risk management, and disaster recovery tasks.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing core IT/OT systems and business solutions to meet organizational goals.
• Help define IT/OT system requirements and departmental workflows.
• Assist in operating, administering, monitoring, and maintaining OT systems and communication networks.
• Support departments with their IT/OT needs.
• Participate and execute IT/OT projects management specifically system design , planning, deployment, configuration, and commissioning.
• Support network infrastructure and network systems hardware/software (switches, routers, firewalls, Nutanix server and storage , BeyondTrust appliance and Palo Alto etc.) required for the OT system.
• Provide support for IT/OT systems, Nutanix servers and Object storage hardware and software.
• Support systems to manage data and make it available for use within the organization.
• Develop and implement systems and process tools to meet operational and process needs.
• Manage software licensing, updates and upgrades within the OT environment.
• Ensure compliance with IT/OT and cyber security policies.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery including immutability and Ransome attacks.
• Familiar with huge industrial smelters systems SCADA , general Electric and siemens systems.
• Administration and troubleshooting of OSIsoft PI System and industrial automation software.

Required Skills:

• Advanced expertise in IT/OT network architecture, industrial cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Strong hands-on experience in Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, VMware virtualization, and object-based storage solutions.
• Deep knowledge of firewalls, network segmentation, and secure remote access in OT environments.
• Experience with industrial automation protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, PROFIBUS) and ICS security.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with disaster recovery (DR), data replication, and high-availability solutions for industrial environments.
• Knowledge of industrial control system security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in ITIL framework for service management and incident response.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and distributed control systems (DCS).
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex IT/OT system failures.
• Certifications such as Nutanix (NCP-MCI), VMware (VCP), ITIL, Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management, and cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are mandatory.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Experience:

10 years of experience or more in IT/OT infrastructure systems in a business environment, including implementation and improvement projects.
