Sales Manager

We are Hiring a Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
