Sales Coordinator
- Location: Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Experience in the oil and gas field.
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to clients.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor the team's sales performance and report on metrics.
Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with sales software (e.g., SAP, CRM systems, or ERP platforms).
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
