About the Role:
JASH Company is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and operational procurement, demonstrating expertise in managing the full spectrum of purchasing activities to support the company’s projects and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee all purchasing and procurement processes.
• Prepare, evaluate, and analyze tenders and supplier quotations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials and services at the most competitive prices.
• Monitor and ensure full compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient project support.
• Continuously review and improve procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business continuity.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in strategic and operational procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Strong commitment to ethics, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
