Position: Procurement & Estimator
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🌍 Nationality: Keralite (first priority)
🚗 Requirement: Valid Saudi Driving License is a must

✅ Responsibilities:

Prepare and review material estimates and BOQs

Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage material procurement

Coordinate with project and site teams for timely material delivery

Maintain vendor lists and purchase records


🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years experience in procurement or estimation (construction/fit-out preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia
