Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Associate located in , Saudi Arabia.

1-Reconcile physical stock with system balances.

2-Investigate and adjust discrepancies based on approval.

3-Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.

4-Check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and product condition.

5-Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

6-Maintain updated stock cards / system entries.

7-Prepare daily consumption reports.

8-Submit monthly inventory variance reports.

9-Track wastage, damaged, and returned items.

10-Follow company policies and internal control procedures.

11-Monitor and record wastage with reason.

12-Assist in internal and external audits.

13-Provide documentation, reports, and explanations.

14-Enter Invoices in Financial system.

15-Make vendor account reconciliation and update the payment schedule.


Qualifications

Experience with Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inventory management software Foodics is a plus
Bachlor degree in Accounts further education or certifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
Accounting background is an advantage
